Dear Member,

Please see attached for membership renewals.  For the coming year membership fees have been reviewed and increased, along with the introduction of a summer and winter membership. The 2020/21 season has been successful for the resort and club, with strong patronage from members and casual visitors, along with more access to funds to work on fixing up some of the bug-bears of the greens team. Through the year Rushy, Luke & Ben have done a great job of presenting the course, despite the corella issues we had late in the summer. We are working on solutions to combat the corellas this summer both in terms of pest control and weed control on the greens which seems to attract some of the birds.

Through 2022 we will see some more investment into the resort, though timeframes are still uncertain at this point as the pandemic is drastically affecting availability of trades (which is good for the trades I guess!). This will be in the form of refurbishment of rooms in the main building, and of the Bistro in the winter. In relation to the larger development of the holiday park, the Development Application is still sitting with council and we hope to have this approved early in the new year. As we had highlighted, when the development commences, there will be impact to the 1st and 10th holes, and the holiday park construction over the practise facility. At this stage the holiday park part of the changes is not likely to commence in calendar year 2022, however as the situation unfolds I will keep the members posted.

Here's to a great golfing season, I do promise to try and get out a bit more often and hope to be able to play with a few of you when I do.

Best Regards
Stuart
